Waddlers : 9 to 17 months And Gymtots : 18 to 36 months

Waddlers and Gymtots arrive with parents or guardians and together with the parents we develop the ability to jump, swing, roll, climb, etc. These programs give children the opportunity to discover how to move their bodies in different ways. By the age of three our gym tots are at home in the gym and familiar with the coaches and able to participate in a class environment, allowing them to make the transition to Kindergym smoothly.

Kindergym : 3 to 5 yrs old

The main focus of the three to five year old classes is always FUN. In a safe environment children are exposed to the basics of all sports including basic gymnastics skills. The content of the class changes each week for variety. All children experience success and are encouraged to try new skills.

Beginner Program: 5 yrs and up (Girls & Boys)

This program is designed for children 5 years of age and up. These classes teach basic gymnastics skills on all of the Olympic apparatus. We hope to create a fun and challenging atmosphere in the gym to motivate children to learn. Children work their way through various skill levels on each apparatus and are tested at regular intervals.

Intermediate and Advanced Program: Basic gymnastics skills required

Intermediate and Advanced classes provide a more challenging atmosphere for those children who have learned most basic gymnastics skills and are ready to learn more difficult skills. Childeren are invited to these classes when the coach decides the gymnast has all the basic skills and is ready to learn the more challenging skills.

Select Advanced: Selected (girls Only)

The Select Advanced Class is designed for girls who have a lot of gymnastics talent but are not quite at our competitive team level. They train 8 hours a week. Emphasis is on developing strength and skills on the 4 women’s apparatus. Girl’s chosen are those that have shown an interest in competing and thus routines must be mastered in each of the 4 events. These gymnasts do take part in competitions that are suitable for their skill level.

Competition Squads: Selected Gymnast

We carefully select gymnasts from our recreation programs to join our competition squads. These young gymnasts display many special characteristics and have full support and understanding from their parents. The competition squads train on average about 12 hours per week.

Adult Class: 18+ years old

1 1/2 hour long classes catering to the curious and adventurous. These classes allow the big kids to progress at his or her own pace. Set your own challenges and we will help you achieve them. The session starts with a general warm-up led by the coach and then the gymnasts go to the apparatus that they wish to work on. If you require help just ask the coach who is on duty and they will give you a few tips on how to learn or master what you want.
