Frequently Asked Questions
Q:Can I drop my child(ren) off for classes and pick them up later?
A:Prime is not equipped to supervise children before or after classes. Parents of children who are unable to safely supervise themselves are advised to stay on-site during their child’s class.
Q:Do you offer make-ups classes?
A:We offer make-up classes to students ONLY with valid medical certification. Make-up classes cannot be bought over to another term. We will try our best to offer the make-up classes timing to your convenience. However, failing which, we will not be refunding you for the missed class.
Q:Why is there a $50 registration fee?
A:This is to encourage consistency in attendance over the years. The benefits of any educational program come from long term involvement.
Q:Why is there a $20 annual membership fee?
A:Prime Gymnastics club is a not for profit organization, under the Registry of Society. As such, we need to implement membership fee for all families who is a part of this club. The fee are also used to maintain the gymnastics equipments.
Q:Can both of my kids attend the same class at the same time?
A:This will depend on their individual age and skill level. More often than not, siblings will not be placed in the same class because of age differences. We will try our best to offer you classes where you can bring both of your kids on a single day. We have even gone to the extent in opening up new classes for siblings so that both can attend on the same day.
Q:Will you notify or remind me on the EBP deadline?
A:Yes. We will put up notices to inform you of the deadline. Do check the notice board often for whatever news that we would like you to know.
