





MANAGER - Willie Goh
Willie has brought new energy and fresh perspective to Prime since stepping in as a manager in late 2006. He is also the first Singaporean to manage the club. He has a B.Sc in Information System (Hons) and has been doing gymnastics recreationally for the past 16 years. He has been active in the Singapore gymnastics scene since 2001. He still enjoys executing a flip or two during his adult’s gymnastics class, and his greatest satisfaction is seeing his adult students tumbling like kids.
















WAG PROGRAM COORDINATOR - Rachel Kennett
Rachel has been a pillar of Prime since joining in 2003. Her competitive training programs are tough but she still manages to make it fun playing on the diverse personalities of the gymnasts and coaches to create a healthy dynamic. Rachel aims to get the best out of each individual recognizing the strength and potential of each gymnast and thrives on every ‘new step’ they take along the way. Rachel’s dream is to produce gymnasts of the highest level within Prime and after almost 5 years in Singapore is well on the way towards that goal.
OPERATIONS / JANITOR - Silver Packiam
Silver joined Prime in mid 2007. He works closely with the manager in maintaining and improving the gym facilities. Previously, he was an Operation Officer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force, before venturing into the sub-contacting business in construction. Although he is new in the field, he is picking up fast and is constantly learning the tricks of the trade.
GYM ADMINISTRATOR - Christina Tan
Christina is our dedicated, friendly and over-worked administrator who attends to our stakeholders with a smile. She is the longest serving staff, joining Prime in 1997! Her rich experience in gym administration enables the gym to run smoothly and efficiently.
RECREATIONAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR - Chong Yi Mei
Yi Mei has been a competitive gymnast in since 1995. She has been very active in the Singapore gymnastics scene, since she retired from competitive training in 2001. She was the executive at Singapore Gymnastics, working with the National Team, before coming over to Prime in Mid 2007. She is currently taking her Degree in Sport Science and has shown great enthusiastic in coaching.
RECREATIONAL COACH- Nur Laila Ayu
Laila is an upbeat and energetic new comer to the club. She used to be a children movement program trainer before coming over to prime. Her enthusiasm in gymnastic and the love to interact with kids has inspired her to take up gymnastics coaching. The kids love her and one of her hobbies include cheerleading.
RECREATIONAL COACH - Bonnie Brydon
Brydon started gymnastics at an early age and has been a member of the Philippine National Gymnastics Team for 12 years. He was a consistent medalist in the SEA Games and had competed in various international competitions such as the World Gymnastics Championship, Pacific Alliance Championship and the Asian Games. Prior to joining Prime, he was based in Shanghai and has been coaching for the past 1 year.
COMPETITIVE COACH - Elaine Ye Li Li
Elaine used to a competitive gymnast in China, Beijing, and has won numerous medals. In 1990, she obtained the title of ‘National First Grade Sportsman’ and in 2002, she obtained ‘National First Class Coach’. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Beijing University of Physical Education. Her coaching style embroiled a good mix of tough Chinese traditional training regime, and fun group work sessions with the squad girls.
MAG PROGRAM COORDINATOR- James Zhu Yao
Not many people knew that James coached at Prime from 1993 to 1994. He was one of the pioneering gymnastics coaches of Prime. He is happy to see that Prime has grew so much over the years, and we are proud to have him lead the boy’s team. He brings with him 25 years of coaching experience and hold a Master’s Degree from the Beijing University of Physical Education. He has decided to sink his roots in Singapore and has become a citizen in 2002.
